When Serina Chia started her Master of Business Administration (International Management) at RMIT she was a secretary to a Managing Director. She retired as the Deputy Managing Director at the same MNC Japanese printing and packaging company and was given a great retirement ceremony after 31 years of service. With that Serina set off to create a new legacy, starting several new businesses as well as start-ups in various countries including; China, Thailand, Vietnam, India, Singapore, and Malaysia.
