EsseMC is a research-based management consultancy. We design courses and conducts training in DEIB, Developing and Applying leadership skills, and Personal and Workplace Wellbeing. We create assessment tools and develop concepts which are acknowledged in publications and presented in international conferences. We conduct workshops. Our research areas include strategic human resources, leadership studies, human centric issues with technology and women at work. We work with our global partners.

Dr Banya Barua graduated RMIT with a PHD (Management) focused on leadership and workplace wellbeing. Banya founded EsseMC Pty Ltd – a research-based management consultancy specialising in workplace wellbeing and corporate mindfulness integrating her specialisation and interests in strategic human resources, leadership studies, human centric issues with technology and women at work.
