HAL Systems is co-founded by Vicky Featherston (nee Tu) a RMIT graduate who studied a Bachelor of Design (Industrial Design). For 18 years, Vicky and Julian Featherston, ran a consultancy called Two Feathers in the design and building industry, before they founded HAL Systems.
