Adeel Tahir was a software developer in Melbourne for 10 years when he decided to enrol into the Diploma of Laboratory Technology to try something new. A year after completing his studies, his sister Khansa was diagnosed with Myeloma in Pakistan. Adeel went to Pakistan to lend a hand during her lengthy treatment. Plum Creek was born as way to bring normality to that chaotic time of their lives. All the original artwork is done by hand by Khansa.
