Samantha Lee uses romantic comedies as a tool for advocating for better representation of women and the LGBTQ+ community in media.
After completing her Master of Communication, with distinction, at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) she moved back to the Philippines to write and direct award-winning feature films which include Maybe Tomorrow, Billie & Emma and Rookie.
She currently works as a commercial director for brands like Dove, Safeguard, Shell, Oppo and the Olympics.
