State-of-the-Arts Consultancy is one of the key business lines managed and supported by State-of-the-Arts Gallery. Having strong collaborations with various overseas and local artists and designers, we offer services in two major areas. One is to design and develop customised artwork on a commission basis for our clients' projects; we can also source and work with external project partners, artists or art studio producers to meet our clients’ unique concepts.

Samues Leung founded the State-of-the-Arts Gallery in 2003, hosting numerous exhibitions for artists worldwide. Engaging in contemporary visual arts since 2009, he pursued western painting studies in Singapore in 2013 and earned a Master of Fine Art with distinction from RMIT in 2016.
