Damia Ettakadoumi set up her business, Straight Up, after developing her business plan as part of her studies at RMIT in the Executive Master of Business Administration. Since graduating with Distinction, her confidence to create, develop and implement strategy, and marketing plans out a marketing plan, as well as understand her finances and accounting has exploded. Straight Up now works with researchers and natural resource managers across Australia to market themselves and attract more funding.
