VSP1 has been granted approvals by the Vung Tau Government and Government Ministries in Hanoi for an International Horse Racetrack of around 100 hectares with an integrated sports project facility in Vung Tau Province, South Vietnam.
As per the Directive 08, in February 2024 by Prime Minister Chinh, this directive clearly states to organise a green tourism certification system with international sports and tourism projects such as international horse racing receiving preferential status.

Michael Efron is the founder of Vietnam Sports Player 1 Pty Ltd (VSP1), as a project pioneer for Vietnam's first international horse racing sports project to be located outside of Ho Chi Minh City in Vung Tau Province.
Micheal is an alumnus proud to have provided business scholarships and other charitable contributions for RMIT Australia and RMIT Vietnam.
