About

Dein Vindigni (OAM) is a chiropractor with 35 years private practice and voluntary health experience. Since 2015 Dein has converted his practice-based experience into academic research and teaching in the School of Health and Biomedical Sciences at RMIT University. Throughout his career Dein has been actively involved in the provision of voluntary health care, in 1987 establishing an organisation which later became a not-for-profit organisation called Hands-On-Health Australia (HOHA) www.hoha.org.au Dein continues to volunteer his expertise in the provision of Allied and Complementary Healthcare and clinical training programs for underserved communities. Dein`s primary research contributions are in Indigenous Health, Aged Care and community-based healthcare and rehabilitation for people experiencing poverty, loneliness and isolation.
