Accept your offer and enrol

Information for direct applicants about accepting your offer and receiving your enrolment instructions.

If your direct application is successful, you will be emailed the details of your offer.

Log in to view the details of your offer via My dashboard.

Once you have received an offer, you will be given three options.

  1. Accept your offer – if you accept your offer you will be sent details on how to enrol. All other preferences and offers will be withdrawn.
  2. Decline your offer – if you decline your offer it will be withdrawn. If you have other preferences they will continue to be assessed.
  3. Wait for the outcome of other preferences – you can track the progress of your application via My dashboard.

Enrolment for Semester 1 will open in October.

Enrolment for Semester 2 will open in May.

Once you have accepted your offer, you will receive an email with instructions on how to enrol after this date.

To secure your place you must enrol in classes or defer your enrolment.

If you’ve received a conditional offer, you must wait until you have a full offer before you can accept. Once your conditions have been met, you will be issued a full offer.

Once you accept the offer of your preferred program, the other offers will be automatically withdrawn.

Once you accept an offer for one preference, your other preferences, which may be under assessment, will automatically be withdrawn. You may want to wait until you have received an outcome for all your preferences to decide on accepting the right program for you.

Once you have an outcome for your preference(s), it is strongly recommended that you accept your offer as soon as possible. Otherwise, you may miss out on your preferred classes or your offer may lapse. If you haven’t already accepted before the deadline for your program, we will send you a reminder email.

You won’t be able to reactivate your offer if you change your mind. You will need to re-apply for the same program for the next intake.

You can only defer to the next intake once you have accepted your offer. That way, we can keep your place for the next intake. Find out how to defer.

Class timetabling is different for vocational education and higher education:

If you have previously completed studies in a similar program or worked in the industry you can apply for credit/recognition of prior learning.
