If you have a complaint, concern, or feedback about RMIT’s services, conduct, or operations, you can lodge it through to the Central Complaints and Investigations team. We are committed to ensuring your matter is directed to the appropriate area for review and response.

Once received, your complaint will be assessed and referred to the appropriate team for resolution. We aim to provide a clear, respectful, and timely response, and ensure your concerns are handled with care and confidentiality.
