Students entering these programs who have successfully completed Telstra Future Ready Capability Credentials may be eligible for up to 24 credit points (two courses) of recognition of prior learning. Telstra Future Ready Capability Credentials have been assessed and mapped to RMIT course learning outcomes per the below attached table.
Successful completion of the specified Telstra Future Ready Capability Credentials will provide credit into the specified courses. Applicants from Telstra must meet the minimum entry criteria for the degree program before this credit can be applied. A maximum of two courses may be recognised as credit towards RMIT programs.

Yes, you must meet all of the relevant entry requirements for a postgraduate degree at RMIT Online. This includes both the University Minimum Entry Requirements, as well as the specific entry requirements for your program, detailed under the Entry Requirements section of the relevant course page, before Future Ready credentials credits can be applied.
Currently, only Mastery level credentials (stated in the mapping table) are eligible for the RMIT programs.

Pathways exist between our Graduate Certificate programs and a number of Masters degrees (entry requirements must be met). Our flexible learning pathways can be tailored to align with your individual educational goals.
Five years’ full-time work experience can help gain you entry into the Graduate Certificate of Product Management (you will need to submit a curriculum vitae) but it will not be considered as extra credit towards either program. Future Ready credentials can gain up to 24 credit points, once entry requirements for your program are met.
