Women in STEM International Women's Day Lunch (VE/TAFE students only)

The College of Vocational Education Women in STEM team are hosting a lunch in celebration of International Women's Day on Wednesday 4 March! This event is only for students in Vocational Education (not for Bachelors degrees or higher).

The official theme for IWD 2026 is Balance the Scales, highlighting the urgent need to ensure fair, inclusive and accessible justice for every female.

We have a fantastic line up of industry speakers, including a high-profile one that we are very excited about!  Plus, a free lunch of course. You don't want to miss it!

You are welcome to pop in and out if you can't attend for the whole time! Feel free to bring friends – just forward them the registration link so we can make sure there is enough food for all!

Our lunches are organised and funded by the College of Vocational Education and are designed as an opportunity for women and gender diverse students to connect, address key concerns and questions that may arise as a woman in the world of STEM and foster a community amongst participants. We want to ensure that our future graduates are prepared and ready for the workforce.

Please register your spot here!  Registrations essential so we can cater accordingly. Hope to see you there!
