Tai Chi/Qigong 6-Week Program, Semester 1, 2026 (Bundoora Campus)

Qigong is a free, beginner‑friendly 6‑week program for RMIT students and staff, offering gentle movement and mindfulness to reduce stress and improve wellbeing.

Discover the calming and restorative benefits of Qigong, an ancient Chinese practice that blends gentle movement, breathing, and mindfulness to harmonise mind, body, and spirit. Regular practice is known to support relaxation, improve energy flow, and help reduce stress, anxiety, and sleep difficulties.

This FREE beginner‑friendly program is suitable for all fitness levels and focuses on slow, flowing movements that promote overall wellbeing.

Limited spots so please complete the registration process to confirm your place!

Take a mindful pause in your week and reconnect with your body through this gentle, energising practice.

Note, this program is open to RMIT students and staff.

Dates:

Time: Tuesdays, 10:30-11am (30 minutes)

Location: In front of Building 224, RMIT Bundoora Campus (grassed area)
