Looking to build strength, boost confidence, and feel empowered in the gym? This program is a supportive, hands-on strength training program designed exclusively for women and female-identifying students.
Led by a fully qualified and experienced female trainer, these small group sessions will help you gain the skills and confidence to train effectively in a gym environment — all while enjoying the physical and mental health benefits of strength training.
And to top it off, RUSU will be providing a free lunch after each session, so you can refuel, connect, and enjoy some downtime with fellow participants!

Note: there will be a one-week break during mid semester break on Thursday the 9th of April.
Time: 11am - 12noon
Location: RMIT Sports Centre, Health Club, Building 203, Level 3, Bundoora, Melbourne, 3089
Price: $25 total (5 sessions total, once per week)
