On-campus delivery
The main form of delivery for this program will be in the classroom, teacher-led, and accompanied by some supervised, self-directed learning. In addition to your classroom learning, you are also expected to undertake further self-directed learning in the form of reading, research and other activities outside of class time.
Your learning will be contextualised to industry applications wherever possible, with demonstrations, practical and/or workplace sessions incorporated as part of our delivery strategy.
You will experience a variety of approaches to learning and teaching, and your interactive classes will provide you with many opportunities to discuss ideas and practice new skills.
In addition to developing skills and knowledge for a particular job outcome, this program aims to help you to develop broad work (or foundation) skills, and its successful completion will also allow you to articulate to higher level (vocational and/or higher education) study in a related discipline.
Online delivery
The online delivery mode is intended for those students who are unable to attend the day classes on campus. It is important for you to understand that online delivery has the same learning content and assessment requirements as the on-campus delivery mode.
This online delivery will utilise teacher-led, live webinars with some supervised, self-directed learning. In addition to your live webinars, you are also expected to undertake further self-directed learning in the form of reading, research and other activities outside of class time.
