Enterprise Projects and Business Performance

Enterprise Projects and Business Performance (EPBP) supports RMIT's major investments and projects, and identifies business optimisation oportunities.

The Enterprise Projects and Business Performance (EPBP) enables the effective and efficient execution of RMIT’s strategy. We do this through:

  • leading RMIT's annual planning;
  • streamlining the University’s governance processes;
  • providing project advice, frameworks, tools, and support;
  • analysing RMIT’s project performance and
  • building the capability of our project community

You can find out more about how EPBP can help you on Worklife (login required).
