Creative Industries

The Creative Industries cluster aims to produce graduates who will respond creatively to the challenges of a rapidly changing international environment. 

 Creative Industries has strong links with industry and responds to ongoing change brought about by technology and convergence. This cluster is positioned as a major contributor and leader within creative driven industries.  

The Creative Industries cluster delivers a range of educational programs from certificate, diplomas to associate degrees and industry training. Some programs have flexible delivery options for online learning and the grouping has a significant presence in international markets onshore and offshore. Creative Industries is a diverse, international group of dedicated people developing knowledge relevant to multiple social contexts.

The Creative Industries cluster teaches programs in:

  • Fashion and textiles
  • Graphic, product and furniture design
  • Interior design and visual merchandising
  • Screen, media and digital technology
  • Photography and visual arts
  • Professional writing and screenwriting
  • Sound and live production
