Eligibility criteria:

  • H1 equivalent academic requirements (e.g., a master's degree with a research component equivalent to at least 25% of a full-time academic year, with a High Distinction average). 
  • A strong interest in AI and HRM research. 
  • Intermediate understanding of qualitative & quantitative methods.
