Message: I am never going to be able to look at tomato sauce, honey, yoghurt the same! The information taught in this subject has shown the steps that can be taken in order to develop (or change) a food product. Her teaching style is fun and easy to learn with. She has very broad knowledge on so many subjects and I really liked her lifetime experience examples to simulate a particular scenario in the course.
