When I started my MBA I didn't know anything about designing thinking. Once I got in the class it was all about thinking outside the box not sticking to the norm and not sticking to the stereotype, that really helped me because I've always been really creative; and it changed my life.

Hi my name is Tina I completed my bachelor of applied science psychology in our RMIT in 2015 and I'm currently doing my MBA.

When I got into MBA and started marketing I started using all of my skills, my marketing skills and my psychology skills and I felt like I was feeling more complete in that sense and in finance and in business planning so I  really think MBA help me build all those skills.

My teachers were amazing first week of my MBA I got a meet on this internship and that was all because I asked my lecturer.

A real highlight for me was when my team got selected to go to Montreal for a competition for start-up company.

When you go overseas you realize that there are so many other cultural aspects to our business.

There was just like a wealth of knowledge around me, I just had to tap into it it really gave me the tools I needed, and now I can clearly say that I can go out and help anyone out with their startup. I see the world differently because of MBA it's enabled me to become a leader and I feel confident in my skin now.

VOICEOVER: We have some keen differentiating courses in areas that many students are looking to come to grips with. The management of technology and innovation, consulting courses, change management, leadership. On top of that we cover the fundamentals, marketing, accounting, and finance, and strategy. In particular there's a focus on design thinking.

VOICEOVER: All of us have a creative potential that just needs to be triggered a little bit. What we do here really prepares and equips the executive MBA students to go out and basically through a design only lens start seeing the world differently and have the courage, the creativity, and the curiosity to basically change.

VOICEOVER: It's important that students don't just have a theory, but they also know how to put the tools and the methods that we teach into practise. Key to that is we place students in direct contact with real industry practitioners to be able to build networks and leave knowing that you've already begun your progression into the next phase of your career.
