On campus delivery - Full time (six months)

This program is delivered primarily through on-campus, teacher-led classroom sessions, supported by supervised and self-directed learning activities. The training emphasises practical, industry-relevant information incorporating demonstrations, hands-on laboratory activities, and practical exercises to develop technical skills and applied knowledge. Classes are interactive and provide opportunities for discussion, collaboration, and practice of new skills. In addition to developing information technology knowledge, the program also supports the development of foundation skills such as communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and digital literacy. Students are expected to undertake self-directed learning outside scheduled class time, including independent research, reading, and practice activities to reinforce the concepts covered in class.

Teacher-Led Full-Time Online Delivery ( six months)

This delivery mode is designed for students who prefer to study online while participating in a structured, full-time learning program. Training is delivered through teacher-led online classes that combine live instruction, demonstrations, practical activities, virtual labs, and collaborative learning opportunities. The program provides the same learning outcomes and training volume as face-to-face delivery, while allowing students to develop industry-relevant IT skills in an interactive online environment. Students are supported to build both technical competencies and foundation skills such as communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and digital literacy. Self-directed learning activities, including independent research and review of learning resources, further reinforce knowledge and support learner success. This flexible delivery approach increases accessibility and supports the development of skills required to meet current and emerging workforce needs in the IT industry.
