Important Information
RMIT University Pathways (RMIT UP) reserves the right not to extend your study for the following reasons:
  • Unsatisfactory attendance and/or
  • Unsatisfactory academic progress
You may appeal against the decision not to extend your English for Academic Purposes (EAP) enrolment if:
  • you believe the procedure has not been followed correctly and/or
  • you can provide extra information which has not been taken into consideration

You must do this within 20 working days of receiving the outcome from RMIT UP.

  • do this within 20 working days of the decision being emailed to you by RMIT UP 
  • provide evidence to support your appeal if applicable
