Important Information

You may appeal a decision not to release you to transfer to another institution, if you can provide evidence that:

  • significant relevant circumstances have not been taken into account in the decision, and/or
  • there was an error in process, or a breach of policy that had a significant impact on the decision, and/or
  • there is new relevant information that was not available at the time the student made the application, which would have had a significant impact on the decision.

The Senior Pathways Planning and Operations Manager will commence review of your appeal request and decide on the outcome as soon as practicable.

At the conclusion of the internal review, you will be notified within 10 working days of the outcome via email to your RMIT student email account.
