EAP - Certificate Request Form

Important Information

Please use this form to request a copy of your Certificate, Transcripts or Statement of Participation.

You can request transcripts (results) at the end of each module. A Certificate of Completion is given to you when you complete your English for Academic Purposes (EAP) program.

If you have misplaced your certificate, it cannot be replaced. However, a Statement of Participation can be issued instead at a cost of $10. Replacement of transcripts will also cost $10 each. The total cost to replace a complete set of transcripts (final results for each level studied) is $20.

Please allow 5 working days for RMIT University Pathways (RMIT UP) to process your request.

Payment and Student Declaration

If you would like replacement copies of your credentials, please follow the guide below to make payment. 

Once payment has been processed, please email the payment receipt to rmit.up.studentservices@rmit.edu.au and we will provide the documents to you in 5 working days.

A copy of the RMIT Fee and Charges Schedule is available on the RMIT UP Policies and Procedures page.
  1. Open the BPoint payment portal and click 'PAY MY BILL NOW'                                                         (If you have a VPN, please ensure that it is disabled)
  2. Enter the Biller Code: 356667 and click 'NEXT'
  3. In the Reference 1 field, enter your full name - EAP transcript/certificate reissue. Click 'NEXT' (eg. JOHN SMITH - EAP certificate reissue)
  4. Enter the amount to be paid ($10/$20/$30)
  5. Choose a payment method. Click 'CARD'. Enter your card details. Click 'NEXT'
  6. Click 'PAY'
  7. Enter your email address. Click 'EMAIL RECEIPT'                                                                       Note: You can also print a copy of the receipt for your records
  8. Send a copy of this receipt to rmit.up.studentservices@rmit.edu.au
