Welcome by Ron Wakefield, Dean of School

I warmly welcome you to the School of Property, Construction and Project Management.

We look forward to you joining our school and participating in our vibrant student body. In Australia, we are the leading school for Property and Construction and are proud of our graduate employment outcomes.

What makes our school a stand out is our industry-focused approach to education and research. People and companies from across industry become active supporters, advisors and participants in the education process. We maintain extensive relationships with more than 300 industry connections through the Employer of Choice program, which provides structured employment experience in industry settings and preferential access to employers. Join us here in Melbourne for the Research and Industry sponsorship awards night at the MCG in October 2024.

The School has strong international links with partnerships with the Singapore Institute of Management, Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education and China University of Mining and Technology.

The School offers programs in the disciplines of Construction Management, Project Management, Property and Valuation, Occupational Health and Safety and Energy Efficient and Sustainable Building. We have over 80 academic staff and 10 professional staff supporting learning teaching and research in the School.
