Dr Christina Platz
Dr Christina Platz is a Lecturer in Law at the Graduate School of Business and Law, RMIT University.
Christina is the course coordinator and lecturer in Intellectual Property Law, Negotiation and Dispute Resolution and Commercial law at the GSBL.
Christina's research interests are in intellectual property law (with emphasis on copyright law), alternative dispute resolution and commercial law. Christina has extensive experience in teaching these areas of the law and possesses knowledge and experience from not only the common law but also the civil law legal tradition. Christina's philosophy of teaching is to incorporate experiential means of learning into her teaching as a reflective practice.
