Dr Jason Pallant is Director of RMIT’s new Marketing Technology Lab, a world-leading facility at the forefront of research and applied teaching on emerging technologies in business and marketing. 

Jason regularly shares his research with public audiences as a keynote speaker and commentator, featured author for Inside Retail, and judge for retail industry awards hosted by Inside Retail and the National Retail Association. Since 2023, Jason has been named on Re:Think Retail’s annual Top Retail Expert list globally– one of only two Australian academics to be included.
