How to apply

When you are ready to apply copy the relevant code below.

Whether you can apply via VTAC or Direct to RMIT depends on your previous study experience. You can find the VTAC or Direct course codes below which you will need to copy and paste into your applicable application system.

Direct RMIT application

Apply direct to RMIT if you:

  • have not yet commenced a VTAC application, and
  • you are not currently studying Year 12, and
  • are applying to only one program, or
  • have held a place in an RMIT program in the past year. 

VTAC application

Apply through VTAC if you:

  • are ineligible to apply direct to RMIT.

Make note of the relevant VTAC or RMIT code before you apply

Copy the relevant code to help you find the program or program plan on VTAC or RMIT.  If you are eligible to apply via The Victorian Tertiary Admissions Centre (VTAC), copy and paste the VTAC code into VTAC CourseSearch.
