Qiu Rui Stand Up Comedy Show

Loading Zone Comedy brings stand-up comedian Qiu Rui, to Australia!

Qiu Rui returns with a brand-new stand-up comedy special, now touring Australia.

Widely recognised for his appearances on Rock & Roast, Rock & Roast and Friends, and the 2023 China Central Television Spring Festival Gala, Qiu Rui has become one of the most distinctive voices in contemporary Chinese stand-up. He is also the creator of the acclaimed solo special Bugs Report.

Audiences often leave his shows saying, “It wasn’t enough—make it longer!”, “My face hurts from laughing!”, and “I’m exhausted from laughing.” In response, Qiu Rui has spent recent years refining his craft and developing fresh material, shaping a new performance that is sharper, funnier, and more personal than ever.

This latest show reflects on growth, change, and the turning point of entering one’s thirties—blending observational humour with thoughtful insights drawn from life experience.

Join us live for an evening of laughter as Qiu Rui shares a new chapter of his journey on stage.
