Thank you for agreeing to participate in the recording of content (Recording) for RMIT (ABN 49 781 030 034) (RMIT/we/us/our). 
By attending or participating you agree: 

(a) the Recording may comprise photos, videos, audio recording, comments, testimonials & other content in which you appear. We are not obliged to pay you any compensation or remuneration for the Recording; 

(b) we own all the intellectual property rights in the Recording, including copyright. You acknowledge that the Recording may include personally identifying information about you (eg your image). We collect & use personally identifying information in accordance with our Privacy Policy (as set out on our website).  However, notwithstanding our Privacy Policy, RMIT (& our related bodies corporate) may use, publicly communicate, disclose, reproduce, broadcast, publish, edit, or alter the Recording as we see fit, in any medium (including online), & for any of our objects under our incorporating legislation, including educational & promotional activities. You consent to this use of the Recording. To the extent you have any rights in the Recording, you assign them to us on creation; & you otherwise waive any moral rights you have in relation to the Recording (as defined in the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth)); &

(c) to the extent allowed by law, we exclude all liability arising out of or in relation to the Recording, in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise.
