Associate Professor Charles Lau
Responsibility - Index development

Dr. Charles Lau is Associate Professor and Deputy Head of the Department of Supply Chain and Logistics in the School of Accounting, Information Systems and Supply Chain at RMIT University in Australia. He has more than 30 years of working experiences in the private sector, the government, and the academia. His research focuses on supply chain sustainability, index development, and logistics benchmarking, among others, and his works are published in many top academic journals. Charles leads the RMIT Sustainable Procurement Disclosure Index project and develops the methodology for compiling the index.


Aswini Yadlapalli

Dr Aswini Yadlapalli

Dr. Aswini Yadlapalli is a lecturer of Supply Chain Management in the School of Accounting, Information Systems, and Supply Chain at RMIT University. Over the last eight years, she has been conducting research in the areas of supply chain sustainability, digital transformations in supply chains, talent management in supply chains among others. She has been actively publishing in top-tier journals. Dr Yadlapalli manages the data collection process of the RMIT Sustainable Procurement Disclosure Index project.


Dr Muhammad Abdulrahman

Dr. Muhammad D. Abdulrahman is a Senior Fellow of Higher Education Academy (SFHEA), a Senior Lecturer and Program Manager, Master of Supply Chain and Logistics Management in the School of Accounting, Information Systems and Supply Chain at RMIT University in Australia. He has more than 25 years of working experiences in the industry and academia. He is involved in interdisciplinary research in areas of supply chain sustainability, green supply chain management, reverse logistics, among others, and his has published in many top academic journals. Muhammad oversees the process and management of the RMIT Sustainable Procurement Disclosure Index project.

 


Professor Prem Chhetri

Dr. Prem Chhetri is Professor in the Department of Supply Chain and Logistics at RMIT University in Australia, specializing in supply chain and logistics management. Renowned internationally for his multi-disciplinary, applied, and policy-driven research, Dr. Chhetri serves as a strategic advisor, contributing leadership to the RMIT Sustainable Procurement Disclosure Index project. In this role, he contributes to the design, development, and implementation of the project, driving industry engagement and global dissemination of the toolkit through university partnerships.

 


Professor Vinh Thai

Advisor

Responsibility - Industry engagement

Dr Vinh Thai is a Professor of logistics and supply chain management at the School of Accounting, Information Systems and Supply Chain of RMIT University, Australia. He is known for his research in logistics and supply chain management in general and maritime logistics in particular. His expert opinion has appeared in various industry magazines, newspapers, radio, and television programs. Vinh is the founder of the Australian Maritime Logistics Research Network (AMLRN),and contributes to the industry engagement portfolio of RMIT Sustainable Procurement Disclosure Index project.
