RMIT's School of Computing Technologies offers a cutting-edge Cyber Security program designed to prepare students for the challenges of protecting digital infrastructures.

The curriculum covers essential topics such as ethical hacking, cloud and data security, cyber threat analysis, computer and internet forensics, network security, cryptography, and risk management, providing a comprehensive understanding of how to safeguard information systems. Our Cloud Computing minor equips students with expertise in designing, deploying, and securing scalable cloud solutions. The curriculum covers fundamental and advanced domains, including cloud infrastructure, application development, operational management, architectural design, and security principles, with a strong focus on industry-standard platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS).. Through hands-on projects and industry collaborations, students gain practical skills in automation, DevOps, and hybrid cloud management, preparing them to optimise performance and resilience in enterprise environments. Graduates emerge as adept cloud professionals, ready to lead digital transformation across industries.
