It delivers industry-relevant AI education and drives industry-aligned research and innovation. RAIsE addresses the critical AI skills gap by preparing students and professionals for the workforce and equipping industry with the capabilities needed to thrive in an AI-driven economy. By connecting students, educators, and industry, RAIsE fosters ethical, impactful, and socially relevant AI innovation, and contributes to national and international thought leadership and capability building in the development and adoption of responsible AI.
RMIT's Hub for Apple Platform Innovation (or HAPI) focuses on using novel computing platforms and comprehensively examine the mobile app economy. Working closely with Apple, HAPI conducts teaching and research that create dynamic and creative experiences for public use, leveraging our deep knowledge of industry-leading insights and technology. At HAPI, we aim to upskill the IT profession in development practices that deliver social and organisational change, and making a positive difference."
The HIGT (Human Interaction and Games Technologies) Hub incorporates research and teaching on interactive computing technologies. HIGT is developing methods for making easy-to-use technology that has a real-world impact.
