Grand Hyatt: Design items for the luxury sector

Product and packaging design | 25 students | 1 program | 6 weeks

Design prototype gift packs to promote ‘a good night’s sleep’.

Students developed a variety of luxury product designs and participated in presentation and feedback sessions to various departments of the Grand Hyatt including: Corporate Leadership, Sales and Marketing, Human Resources and Engineering.

Student work was shown at the Hyatt’s international conference in Chicago.

Prophet: Azura Airlines brand development

Brand strategy and communication | 5 students | 3 programs | 6 weeks

Create an emotional connection with an airline’s brand through a refreshed positioning strategy.

Addressing this brief involved consideration of brand ambition, brand expression, brand position and brand delivery.

This project was conducted as part of a study tour in New York in collaboration with leading brand and advertising consultancies including Prophet and Wunderman.
