Kororoit Creek Summary

All of the litter trackers launched at Kororoit Creek ended up either on the banks or were trapped in vegetation in the creek. It is interesting to note that although the trackers were launched close to the mouth of Kororoit Creek, the trackers did not show any upstream or downstream movements. The trackers also did not travel into the Bay despite being a short distance away. Heavy flow and rising water levels caused some of the trackers to end up onto the banks of the creek.
