Teaching interests

Dr Merv Jackson supervises in the following research areas:

- Developing and evaluating instruments to assess community responses to (future) development
- Assessing predictors of gambling behaviour, (and other psychological problem behaviours)
- All areas of sport psychology
- Relating information about tourist crime to real crime and travel decisions
- Evaluating traveller satisfaction and health and safety issues in tourists in Australia
