Please join us for the official launch of Fashion Entrepreneurship: Principles and Practice, a new global textbook shaping how fashion entrepreneurship is taught, researched, and practiced, published by Routledge in April 2026.
Bringing together rigorous academic research and real-world industry insight, this book draws on years of collaboration with leading fashion ventures and the success of the Master of Fashion (Entrepreneurship) program at RMIT University.
The evening will open with short insights from the chapter authors, each sharing a key idea from their research into entrepreneurial best practice. This will be followed by a live industry panel featuring the leaders of Australian fashion ventures profiled in the book:
- Orbitkey
- Paire
- Unreal Fur
- SA1NT
- Funky Fun You
- Radical Yes
Together, the authors and venture leaders will explore how entrepreneurial frameworks translate into practice, covering growth, global markets, sustainability, and long-term brand building.
The event concludes with the official book launch and networking, bringing together academics, founders, alumni, students, and industry partners.
This event is hosted by the Master of Fashion (Entrepreneurship) program, School of Fashion and Textiles, RMIT University.
