Dr. Melissa A. Wheeler

Dr. Melissa Wheeler is a Senior Lecturer and Executive MBA Program Director at RMIT University, with a PhD in social psychology. She is also a regular contributor to Forbes, Psychology Today, and The Conversation, writing on leadership strategy and the future of work, and was named RMIT Media Stars Top Performer in 2024 and 2025.

Melissa partners with industry leaders including Siemens ANZ and Social Traders to co-create and deliver impactful learning experiences. Her excellence in teaching has been recognised by multiple awards from various universities across Australia.
