Meet Some of Our Coaches

Balendran Thavarajah

Founder & CEO of Getmee

"Often, we see ourselves in the founders through a shared experience of being a founder; it is that relationship that is at the heart of learning and coaching. I have worked with some amazing founders as a coach at Activator, supporting both LaunchHUB and VentureHUB programs. It is an incredible feeling to witness the transformation that startups and founders go through while participating in the programs."

Ian Wong

Co-founder & CTO of CirculR Tech

"I've been coaching with RMIT Activator for over five years now, and what keeps me coming back is the founders themselves... being part of that journey, helping them sharpen their story and think more strategically about optimising financial and impact growth, is genuinely one of the most rewarding things I do."
