Connect, Grow, and Innovate for our next cohort.

Connect with fellow land-based business owners, mentors, and changemakers who understand the unique challenges of regional Victoria. This program is designed for land-based businesses exploring regenerative principles who want to strengthen the business side of their enterprise, with a focus on:

  • Clearer business decision-making
  • Enterprise design and strategic direction
  • Credible brand positioning and communication

You don't have to navigate these challenges alone. Join a supportive community that's committed to helping your business grow, at no cost to you. The program is free for participants and offers the chance to connect with expert advisors, expand your network, and pitch your idea for a share of the $10,000 prize pool. This 10-week program is specifically designed to create jobs, opportunities, and a stronger regional economy.

Applications for our third cohort, focusing on Regenerative Agriculture & Land Solutions are now open

However, if your business is better suited to a different industry sector, we also offer another program intake tailoring all industries in 2026. If you're interested in the next program intake, please register your interest below.

Is this program right for you?

We're looking for farmers and land-based business owners who are actively running or preparing to run a viable enterprise and want to strengthen the business foundations behind what they do. You may already have customers, markets, or partnerships in place, or you might be in the process of testing and refining your approach. Either way, you’re seeking clearer strategy, stronger decision-making, and greater confidence as your business evolves.

You may not be aiming for rapid growth, but this program is ideal for those focused on long-term viability—exploring new business models, adapting to change, and working more effectively with partners and networks that align with their land, values, and goals.

This opportunity is ideal for:

  • Farmers and land-based businesses applying or exploring regenerative principles
  • Primary producers or mixed enterprises looking to strengthen strategy, resilience, and long-term viability
  • Small-to-medium agricultural or regional businesses evolving their business model to meet changing conditions
  • Social enterprises or community-led initiatives, where land stewardship and commercial success go hand-in-hand

Please note: This program focuses on the business and commercial side of operating in a regenerative context. It is not designed to provide technical training in areas such as agronomy, soil science, or grazing systems.
