A 3‑week, queer-only group fitness program at RMIT's City campus designed to provide a safe, inclusive space for LGBTQIA+ students.

Looking for a gym space where you can just show up, move your body, and feel completely comfortable?

This 3-week queer-only fitness program is all about building confidence, strength, and community — no pressure, no judgement.

Held in a dedicated private space, these guided sessions are perfect for beginners or anyone keen for a quick, feel-good workout during the week.

Expect simple, effective exercises, supportive vibes, and a space where you can be yourself.

Commit to 3 weeks and build a routine that sticks — alongside your community.

What to expect

  • Beginner-friendly, guided gym workouts
  • A mix of strength and light cardio exercises
  • Options provided — go at your own pace
  • Supportive, relaxed environment (no pressure to perform)

Dates: Wednesdays

Time: 1:45 - 2:30pm (45 mins)

Location: RMIT Active Hub, Building 8, Level 3, City Campus (Private Space)

Price: $15 total (3-week program)

Please note: This is a full 3-week program and cannot be booked session-by-session. No refunds are available once purchased unless a medical certificate is provided. Limited spots available — book early to secure your place.

  • Come as you are — no need to be "fit" to start
  • Wear comfortable clothing you can move in
