The workshop introduces participants to the Boonwurrung Relational Seasonal Calendar, a way of understanding time, wellbeing, and responsibility through relationship rather than urgency.
Grounded in Boonwurrung knowledge, this workshop invites participants to move away from constant pressure and demand, and move toward seasonal rhythm, care, and balance.
Guests are guided to reflect on how modern systems often move out of sync with natural cycles, and what this means for people, learning, and wellbeing.
Join us to take a moment, reconnect and rediscover how to slow down, listen differently, and notice patterns in Country, in systems, and in ourselves.
Tee, coffee and morning tea will be provided.
