Students can submit an expression of interest online or speak with reception at RMIT Counselling and Psychological Services to be added to the intake list.
Please note: sessions may be cancelled if insufficient expressions of interest are received.

ACT for Wellbeing is a four-week group program for RMIT students based on principles from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
The program helps students develop practical skills for managing stress and difficult thoughts and emotions, improving wellbeing, and building a more meaningful connection to what matters most.
Students who attend all four sessions will receive a certificate of completion.
