Join Kayte Kitchen, Nature Therapist at Admirari Nature Therapy and Garden Therapist at the Royal Children's Hospital, for a restorative 90-minute nature therapy session held at Brunswick Campus.

Through a series of guided invitations, participants will explore meaningful ways to connect more deeply with the natural environment to support mental health and overall wellbeing.

The session includes sensory, mindful, and creative nature-based activities designed to encourage relaxation, presence, and connection. Participants will have the opportunity to experience the restorative benefits of nature immersion, with time set aside for both personal reflection and optional group sharing.

No prior experience is needed—just a willingness to slow down, engage with nature, and explore its potential to support wellbeing.
