Join Rob Richards, an Ecologist with over 40 years experience in the environmental sector and the Founder and Director of 'It's Naturally You'.
Guests will have an opportunity to hear about Rob's career path, experiences and his current role as director of 'It's Naturally You'.
Rob will share the research projects he has undertaken over the years investigating the global evidence base on the relationships between human health and well-being and time spent in the natural environment.
The research found overwhelmingly that interaction with nature and natural elements (such as plants, fresh air and natural light) has a profoundly positive impact on human health and well-being. Rob will share how this research is now being put into practice so that these wellbeing benefits can be available to everyone from multicultural community groups to aged care communities.
