Danielle uprooted her life in Hobart to pursue her passion for screenwriting at RMIT.

3D printed human organs might soon be a medical reality. Recent RMIT PhD graduate Modupe wants to ensure they are developed and governed in a way that offers hope to patients and their families.

Coming to Australia to pursue my Master’s at RMIT has been one of the most beautiful chapters of my life. Between studies, work, responsibilities, bills, and the everyday grind of building a life away from home, there were moments when I forgot how hard I was working. But every time I return home and meet my parents, my brother, family, and friends, I realise that every struggle was worth it.
Today, I may be the one wearing the graduation gown, but the real achievement belongs to my parents.
Mum and Dad — thank you for letting me dream beyond limits, for believing in me before I believed in myself, and for giving me everything you could, and even more than you could. I will forever be grateful.
