Management and leadership

RMIT has offered business management courses since 1944. Our graduates are making their mark locally and overseas shaping organisations, leading teams and enhancing workplace operations and culture.

You can combine specialist areas of business knowledge, collaborate on industry projects, solve problems for real clients or study overseas. Access to industry experts and mentors develops skills in networking, prioritising work, problem-solving, ethical behaviour and leadership. Depending on the course you choose, you will also gain knowledge and skills including cross-cultural awareness, persuasive communication skills, strategic decision-making, people management, contemporary business and HR practice and operational leadership.
