International Student CabCharge Request Form


Terms and Conditions

  1. I have submitted this form five days before my arrival date.
  2. I understand that request made with less than one business day's notice will not receive a Cabcharge Digital Pass.
  3. A newly arrive commencing international student receives a one-off single-use voucher with a maximum value of AUD100.
  4. No credit will be provided for the unused portion of the voucher.
  5. The voucher is solely used for your transport from Melbourne Airport/ Avalon Airport to your designated drop-off location.
  6. The voucher is valid for one day from your arrival date.
  7. This voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full.
  8. This request is subject to RMIT approval.
  9. I have checked my estimated taxi fare and understood that it is my responsibility to pay for the difference directly to the taxi driver if the trip costs more than $100. 
  10. Taxi fare reimbursement may be given where there are technical issues with the Cabcharge Digital Pass requiring upfront taxi payment. A taxi fare invoice or receipt must be provided with reimbursement request. RMIT will not be able to process reimbursement without a taxi fare invoice or receipt.

Example: Airline Code (Qantas = QF) + Flight Number (9903) = QF 9903  

Example: 15:35 or 22:50, etc
