    • BSBWRT411 Write complex documents.

OR

  • Two years equivalent full-time work experience in a related role (e.g. marketing, advertising and public relations etc.).

Successful completion of RMIT's Diploma of Marketing and Communication guarantees entry into the Bachelor of Property Development, Investment and Valuation (Honours) with 48 credit points of exemptions (equivalent to 0.5 years full-time study). The remaining duration in the Bachelor of Property Development, Investment and Valuation (Honours) is 3.5 years for the February intake and 4 years for the July intake.
